What Happens If My Item Hasn’t Shipped or I Haven’t Received My Item?

If the item you’ve purchased hasn’t been marked shipped (you will receive an email notification when a seller marks your item shipped) after 3 days or more, or you have not received your item after 1 full week, simply reach out to our team to let us know.

We will contact the seller on your behalf to double-check if they have shipped the item and/or if they’ve had any trouble shipping your item. If we find out they haven’t or can’t ship your item, we will cancel the order and refund your payment as quickly as possible.
