What Happens If the Item I Purchased Is No Longer Available From a Seller?

Unfortunately, in somes cases, you may purchase an item that a seller may have sold elsewhere and forgot to remove from the Grid50 marketplace. We do our best to limit this from happening, and while rare, it does happen from time to time.

In this case, if you haven’t received your item, or your listing hasn’t been marked shipped after a few days (we generally recommend waiting at least three days), just reach out to our team to let us know. We will contact the seller on your behalf and if needed, cancel your order and refund your payment as quickly as possible.
