Buyer Responsibilities

When you purchase an item on Grid50, as a buyer you are responsible and required to:

1. Let the seller know as soon as possible if you have an issue with your order. Examples may include, but are not limited to, a delay in shipping of your order, missing items, or damage to the item you received.

2. In the case of receiving a damaged item or not as described item, we require that buyers let the seller know within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving their item in order to qualify for buyer protection. Outside of damage or not as described issues, we require buyers to contact the seller within 7 days to notify them of the issue in order to qualify for buyer protection (these issues may include missing items or a delay on your order).

3. Additionally, should you receive a damaged item, please take photos and/or video that show the damage to the item. We also suggest taking pictures of the package it came it and how it was packaged. This media will be helpful when you reach out to the seller regarding your issue and our support team will require this media should we need to step in to assist with the dispute.
