Returns & Refund Policy

Grid50 is a marketplace website that allows individual sellers to list new and used items, and as such, return policies differ by each seller. Returns and refunds are at the discretion of each individual seller in accordance with the return policy listing on their item listing, which can be found on the Shipping tab when looking at any given item.

While some sellers may not offer a return policy, we encourage you to message the seller to find out specifics before making a purchase. Keep in mind that all purchases are backed by our Grid50 Protection, which provides protection for your purchase in the case of the buyer receiving a broken item, never receiving their purchase, or receiving an item that was not as described in the original listing.

Please visit this page to learn more about our Grid50 protection.

To initiate a return or refund, please reach out to the seller using the “Message Seller” button from the original listing page.

FAQ

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

If the item you purchased arrived damaged or not as described, and you reported the issues to the seller or Grid50 within 3 days of delivery, the seller would be responsible for the return shipping costs.

On a preference-based return (ex. you simply did not like the item you purchased), typically the buyer would be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.

Where can I find a return address?

The seller will be able to provide you (the buyer) with their preferred return shipping address when communicating with them via the Message Seller feature.
